NIGHT WATCH SUPERVISOR

Hourly Pay Rate: $20.00 to $22.00

New Haven is a residential treatment center dedicated to adolescents aged 14-18 and their families. With campuses in Utah's Spanish Fork and Saratoga Springs, we offer a nurturing, homely atmosphere where we blend residential treatment with advanced academics. Our expertise lies in addressing complex issues such as traumatic stress, family dynamics, relationship challenges, mental health concerns, and more, all with a focus on family-centered healing.

As an Assistant Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in nurturing and guiding the young individuals in our care. Your responsibilities extend beyond traditional mentoring, and you'll step into a leadership role that helps create a safe, supportive environment for our students. 

 

Building Lasting Relationships

Spending quality time with our teens allows you to cultivate strong and meaningful staff-student relationships. These connections are essential as they play a pivotal role in the progress and development of each student within our program. You become a mentor, a friend, and a source of inspiration, guiding them towards a brighter future. 

Responsibilities

  • Directs, manages and rewards other Night watch employees under them. 
  • Works with HR to interview, hire and train new employees. 
  • Conducts safety drills, evaluates members of team, and disciplines when necessary. 
  • Holds a monthly shift meeting, trains employees. 

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 21 or older
  • Must be able to pass a Utah State background check
  • Must be female
