Are you passionate about empowering teenage girls to thrive and heal? Do you have a strong background in psychology, behavioral science, social work, or a related field? If you're nodding “yes,” New Haven has a powerful leadership opportunity waiting for you.

As the Executive Director of our Stabilization & Assessment program, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of adolescent mental health treatment. Located in the stunning landscapes of Spanish Fork Utah, New Haven is more than just a residential treatment center — it’s a sanctuary of hope and transformation for girls ages 12-17 and their families.

You’ll lead with heart and strategy, overseeing all facets of the program — from clinical excellence and operational efficiency to staff development and family engagement. Our work centers around deep, family-focused healing, with a commitment to supporting girls through complex challenges like trauma, relational struggles, and emotional health needs.

This is your chance to lead a mission-driven team in a warm, home-like setting where clinical innovation meets compassionate care. Join us, and make an impact where purpose meets leadership.
